After I’d finished my marathon, my legs were pretty knackered (naturally), not to mention, I was exhausted. My lovely thoughtful friends suggested having hot pot at home so that I could have a hot shower, relax and chill. So I was treated like a queen. I simply lounged while the rest bustled around and tada, dinner was ready.
I love hot pots. It’s comfort food for me and so simple to put together. And perfect for the winter!
