Soft Scrambled Eggs with Smoked Salmon in Puff Pastry Shells

I found these puff pastry gems and bought them without a plan on what I would use them for. It’s versatile and can be used as a savory or sweet appetizer (or even mains as they are quite large in size). I had to pull dinner quite quickly together and needed to finish up some ingredients in my fridge so this recipe came about. It worked out well and next time around, I’ll try filling them with cream custard and topping with fresh fruits or chocolate! Quick and easy to pull together!
